We are glad you are considering taking part in iPACES — supporting brain health is meaningful work, and we appreciate your interest. If you would like to participate in any iPACES study, this Main Study application is the first step. After completing the application and meeting eligibility requirements, you will have the option to apply to one of our sub-studies (studies focused on specific neurological conditions such as Parkinson's disease). This application takes about 15 minutes and will ask for basic contact and eligibility information (such as age, location, and activity readiness). If you are eligible, you will then review and electronically sign an informed consent form explaining the study and data procedures, and you will create a password for your iPACES account. Please plan to complete the application in one sitting, as progress may be lost if you close the page or are inactive for too long.
